The Aquarian Teacher Transformation stage  includes projection of identity, the embodiment of character through word and behavior; and the expansion and deepening of your state of consciousness.  The Stress and Vitality module develops the core skills for the coming age - the ability to recognize stress in yourself and others and develop the tools to transform it and balance it with conscious relaxation.


Topics include: 

Exploring your vitality and recognizing consciousness as the core of vitality, identify your stress, heal cold depression and emotional fatigue.  Relieve, relax and recharge.  Understand the difference between emotion and commotion.  Realize the Victory of the Warrior.  Deposit to hold space by 3/25/19.

Nirvair Singh Khalsa  began studying with Yogi Bhajan in 1971. He is a retired University Instructor at the University of Alaska Anchorage where he taught classes in Kundalini Yoga for 31 years. He has authored nineteen  DVD's/Videos and four books on Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan (r).  He has also taught classes, workshops and trainings throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia. Currently he is the CEO and President of The Kundalini Research Institute. He is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 certified teacher trainer. He lives with his wife of 45 years in Tesuque New Mexico.

Kartar Singh Khalsa has been practicing these kriyas for years.  His passion is to create experiences through  which people can learn.  His greatest love in teaching is the Kundalini Yoga kriyas and classes of Self-Empowerment and Self-Realization.  He is a Level One and Level Two Kundalini Teacher Trainer and was honored by the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association as Teacher of the Year in 2014.  He works for the Yogi Tea Company and travels and teaches extensively throughout the Eastern United States, as well as regularly in China.  He is married to Shakta Khalsa, the founder of the Radiant Child Yoga Program.

Siri Sat Kaur Khalsa embodies an elegant and precise approach to the teachings of Kundalini Yoga.  She has an international profile and has extensive experience teaching in a wide variety of arenas.  She is a Lead Kundalni Yoga Teacher Trainer with specialty in Posture and Alignment informed and enhanced by her work as a professional dancer and choreographer, an her classical yoga practice.

The Aquarian Teacher Program is the KRI Level 1 Certification program in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.  It is an interactive course in the theory, practice and basic skills of a Kundalini Yoga Instructor.  It includes 180 hours of classroom instruction and 40 hours of independent study fulfilling the Yoga Alliance's national standard for a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).


Topics include: 

The Aquarian Age & The Awakening, History of Yoga, The Function of Genuine Teacher, Sound & Mantra, Pranayam, Asana, Mudra & Bandha, Mind & Meditation,  Western Anatomy & Physiology, Yogic Anatomy (Vayus, Nadis, Chakras,Ten Bodies)


The program runs 9am to 6:30pm,  one weekend a month for 9 months.   ​There are five 3-day weekends.

Hari Kirin Kaur Khalsa is author of Art & Yoga:  Kundalini Awakening in Everyday Life.  Hari Kirin has been quoted in Yoga Journal, Yoga International, and Spirituality & Health magazines . She is a teacher, an artist and board member of the 3HO Foundation International.  Hari Kirin also has been a visiting lecturer at Boston University, Marlboro College Hofstra University, Smith College, the New Hampshire Art Institute and the Maine College of Art.  She teaches regularly at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and at yoga centers around the world.  She is married to Thomas Moore  (careofsoul.net) and is the mother of Ajeet Kaur (http://ajeetkaurmusic.com) www.artandyoga
